Katherine, originally from Los Angeles, CA moved to Boston, MA to begin her career in real estate development. She received her MA real estate license and started flipping houses in 2015 with her previous design and build company, Peak Design & Development. With years of knowledge and numerous flips under her belt, she decided to embark on a new venture focusing on client based design services. She is a 203k renovation loan certified Realtor and an expert in finding fixer uppers, creating innovative interior designs and 3D renderings as well as providing top customer service. She is also a certified Home Stager and Redesign Specialist. She currently works in collaboration with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Boston, MA as well as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Larvia in Barcelona, Spain.

Kate completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Textile Merchandise and Design and from there she wanted to make her mark in the design industry. For the past decade, Kate has had various jobs in both the interior design arena and the fashion world. After leaving the interior design world to start her own fashion and lifestyle brand (Sloane & Ivy), she completely renovated her Back Bay condo and her interior design passion was reignited. Kate is an expert at creating unique design features and bringing color and texture to life in an unparalleled fashion. Kate has recently relocated to London, UK where she will continue working with HH and helping to provide marketing to our Realtor clients, sourcing furniture as well as individual interior decorating projects.
